Special Christmas Delivery Information:

Orders placed up to midnight on Wednesday 21st December will be dispatched via Interlink Express on a next day delivery service. Orders placed after this time will not be dispatched until the warehouse reopens on 3rd January 2012.

Special Christmas Returns Information:

Returns can only be accepted for Old Guys Rule merchandise purchased through our website. Items purchased in store must be returned to the store where they were purchased with a receipt. If you purchased an item through our website during the Christmas period and would like to return it to us for an exchange this can be done up until 10th January 2012. Items must be returned to us at our warehouse address (top of invoice) with a copy of the invoice and a covering note with details of the exchange required plus full name, address and contact telephone number.

About Old Guys Rule Merchandise:

All merchandise is made of high-quality materials (all T-shirts are made from 100% cotton) designed for long-lasting use. Most garments are available in medium, large, extra large and XXL. All headwear items are one size fits all.

Shipping Details:

Please allow 3-5 working days to any UK mainland address. Off shore UK orders may take an extra day. International orders can take some time to arrive so please allow 8 -12 working days.

Backordered Items:

If an item is unexpectedly back ordered, we will contact you immediately to let you know your options.

Old Guys Rule Return Policy For Items Brought Online:

If you have purchased an item from our website and you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise when you receive it, please email Old Guys Rule within 10 days and we will exchange your item(s) for a similar, (i.e., same cost) item. Old Guys Rule allows one exchange per order. You will be responsible for the return shipping but Old Guys Rule will pay for shipping the exchanged item(s) back to you. We will not ship the new merchandise until we receive the items(s) you are exchanging. Your return must be in original condition (not washed, not worn, not dirty, undamaged) and must be received by Old Guys Rule within 15 days of your original order. We will not accept returns or exchanges after the 15 day period. If we mistakenly shipped you the wrong item or the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us and the cost of shipping you a replacement.

Old Guys Rule Return Policy For Items Brought In Store:

Old Guys Rule deal with a number of independent retailers throughout the UK and Ireland. If you have made a purchase within one of their stores and you wish to return the item for a refund or exchange you need to return your item to the store where it was purchased. Individual returns policies may vary, please ask in store when you make your purchase.
